About Pastor Webster

Pastor Darryl K. Webster is a passionate, relevant, biblically sound preacher and teacher. He is the the senior pastor of Emmanuel Missionary Baptist Church. 

Sensitive to God's leading, Pastor Webster accepted his calling to preach in October 1983 and has been faithfully ministering since. Prolific and proficient, Pastor Webster is a well sought-after preacher and men's speaker. Pastor Webster also serves as the founder of Men's Connect Spiritual BOOTCAMP, a nationally recognized men's ministry that seeks to disciple men and reconcile them to God, family, and the community. Since its inception, BOOTCAMP has successfully ministered to thousands of men nationally and has expanded to include a component for marriages, youth, and incarcerated men. BOOTCAMP has been featured on Focus on the Family, C-Span, Rural Route Radio, local media outlets, and in two documentaries. It is now a model adopted by the National 

Baptist Convention of America, Inc. 

Pastor Webster has authored a book entitled "Small Change, Great Impact" He has received numerous awards including the Governor's Civic Leadership Award and a Resolution by the local City-County Council. Pastor Webster is a certified John Maxwell Leadership Coach and past adjunct professor. He has also served on numerous boards throughout the community. 

He has been married to his beautiful wife and ministry partner, Sibyl, for thirty-six years. They are  the proud parents of four children.
