Day 16 of Prayer & Fasting - Pray that the Lost will be Found
Luke 15:4-7 4 “What man of you, having a hundred sheep, if he loses one of them, does not leave the ninety-nine in the wilderness, and go after the one which is lost until he finds it? 5 And when he has found it, he lays it on his shoulders, rejoicing. 6 And when he comes home, he calls together his friends and neighbors, saying to them, ‘Rejoice with me, for I have found my sheep which was lost!’ 7 I say to you that likewise there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine just persons who need no repentance.
One of two things you must do; you must either receive Him or reject Him. You receive Him here and He will receive you there; you reject Him here and He will reject you there.” ~Dwight L. Moody
A father was dying. He had his family come around. He only had a few minutes left to live. He had four children. He said, “Good night John, good night Butch, goodnight Betty, good-bye Ralph.” Ralph said, “Wait a minute. You said good night to my siblings, but you said good-bye to me!” The father told his son, “Because the other three children have accepted Jesus, I will see them again in glory, but because you have not, I will never see you again.
1. Who do you personally know in need of salvation?
2. How often do you pray for those you know who need to be saved?
