Part 1: A Girl Who Made a Prominent Man Better
Sep 7, 2025 • Pastor Darryl K. Webster
In Second Kings 5, we learn that everyone has a 'but' in their life - something that needs healing, despite outward success. Naaman, a powerful commander, had leprosy as his 'but.' His healing journey began through an unexpected source - a captive slave girl who demonstrated compassion, courage, conviction, and confidence. She directed him to the prophet who could heal him. This story teaches us that only God can truly heal what's broken inside us, not external success or possessions. We're challenged to identify our own areas needing healing and to become people who make others better through these same four qualities.
